    PTI is aware of the problem. I got a call back from them yesterday concerning it. The version number of CC2014 changed to 10 and FusionPro is looking for 9 (what CC was). A patch should be available pretty quickly.

    Yep, I already called support on this. FusionPro is looking for Adobe CC Version number 9. Adobe changed the version number to 10 in the 2014 CC update. They’ll have a patch available soonâ„¢.

    Check to see if the output profile is the same. You might be changing the PLAIN profile and printing to a GLOSS profile.

    We never used ours for envelopes although we did buy the feeder. Your heads are pretty dirty. You could do a strong cleaning cycle but that will only wipe the printhead's surface. You'll need to get in their with your hand and a cleaning rag. I don't know what you can use for it. Find out from...

    The belt is under the envelope. What you're seeing is curl from the envelope slapping up against the bottom of the printheads.
