I am in the NY/NJ area and am being offered a Riso comcolor 70/9050 for what seems to be a reasonable price for the machine and ..02 per color copy the first year and then .03 the following years service and supplies (no minimums). do you think thisis a good deal? Thank you.

Hey Damfino.why not educate yourself...Riso does have an patrolium based ink for theier ink jets...Not near the quality of laser, but hey, you may sound credible next time you have something to say.

Thanks..I just figured that in the copier world that I would cut the mo. recomended volume in half to keep it close to realistic....When I saw the recomended mo. vol. on this little engine, I found it hard to believe...even at half concerned me. Thanks for your replies.

So nobody has any insight as to whether or not it is feasable or reasonable to run 40 - 50k envelopes per month throgh a Xante....Maybe I am in the wrong forum?

We are considering a Xante/oki for envelope printing. Does anyone know if it could handle 40 - 50k per month, primarily #10's. Also, I am intrigued about going for the oki and a straight shooter envelope feeder, I think that may be the most cost effective set up assuming it works. Is their any...

Hi, Does anyone have experience running "medium+" volumes of envelopes (mostly #10) through their Xante? We currently are running a Rizo. It has been very dependable running 40k - 50k envelopes per month. My concern is would a Xante be able to handle this volume. Thank you.
