Apologies if I misunderstand your post, but yes, u are being anal. All I was asking is if there is a inkjet proofing paper available with OBAs where the paper "whiteness" will match a press sheet "whiteness" with OBAs viewed under the new lighting conditions.

Has anyone tried a proofing paper with OBAs and how were the results. The big objection from our salesman is the paper white(brightness), even with a L* 96.

Has anyone heard anything about Epsons yellow ink. The grapevine says Epson is getting there yellow ink from a different source and it is slightly different than before. We are using T5964 for 2 Epson 9900s.

Yes, the Kodak Matchprint 240 has a very nice gamut, however, the GRACoL Extreme and Kaleido gamuts are considerable larger in the shadows. Proofing these gamuts will result in clipping alot of the blues and purple shadows. I'm trying to find out if there are any tricks to expand the paper...

In Colorport 1.5.4- there are 2 options for UV filtering. 1. No Filter 2. UV Cut Filter In Colorport 2.0.5-the 2 choices are- 1. UV Included 2. UV Excluded Am I to assume that "NO FILTER" and "UV INCLUDED" are the same and "UV CUT FILTER" and "UV EXCLUDED" are the same?? Thanks
