You might be very busy on this but is it possible that you can send me a basic template. I can tweak it for our needs.. Just yesterday, I had a big meeting with Departments Heads about lack of communications and we tried using paper but something always slips thru the cracks.. this might be the answer..
I would appreciated it much.
