does any one have halm jet press manual

iam having trouble learning how to control the water flow on this halm jet press i run also it is out of timing and i have the scale to set it back but im not sure how to do that

i would do it every week we are also a color critical shop and i think it helps a lot i run a ryobi 780E

i have been running the ryobi for over a year on it and feel pretty confident on it but iam pretty new to the qm and the jet press some times when i run remits on the jet the come out skewed
