    drastic temperature differences between technotrans and water pans

    The further the water has to travel can cause it to be warmer at the pans. Also some lines may pass pumps or motors that give off warmth or may keep the lines constantly warm? Hope this may help.

    13 C is a good average temp for the fountain solution. Back in the olden days when the guys ran alcohol you ran the tank colder to slow down evaporation, plus it kept the beer colder on afternoon shift??

    Unigraph is usually a very seamless change and has a ton of benefits. I ran it, then was the tech rep for it and now I sell it so I'm very familiar.

    Foaming in Royce Tanks

    I'm sure that anyone running a press with individual Royce tanks has experienced at times minor to major foaming? Many things contribute such as tank size, turbulence, air, filters. Has anyone had fairly good success in minimizing or controlling the foam and if so how??

    The cast blanket is smoother and what you would call non-poros. The buffed blanket would be rougher and poros after a final grinding down in manufacturing.
