Every day, every week it's something different. Our vendor was out of #10 regular envelopes for 2 months back in the spring. Now it's 11x17 20#white. All we can do is clean up and hope to find a stash or two somewhere and let our customers know to ORDER AHEAD.

It is worse if you are a cross between a print shop and a walk-in copy shop. 90% of the files we receive are not set up properly. Sometimes we send instructions back which we have prepared, and they send back files and it is still incorrect. They will send back files with crop and bleed marks...

One of our biggest problems is customers sending us artwork that is not properly set up for a bleed, not to size, etc., etc. etc. Canva has a check box that will download artwork with a bleed. (Hurrah) I email customers and tell them to click on the box for a bleed when they download the file...

Does anyone know if it's okay to put a foil stamped card through a laser printer?
