We found running at 50 - 55% RH helps DS proofing, and the unit will run better and you get less paper curl !!!

You should take a look at Xinet's software www.xinet.com

I would suggest to upgrade to version 3 of the software, it is a new re-write and is a lot easier to user !!! contact techsage.dk

you can change the rotation in the queue settings, what version are you using.

Stick to the Spinjets, i would say they are the best solution for DS proofing, Does anyone have any problems with there Spinjets at the moment

Worked this out for myself the port on the onyx rip was set to raw and not 9100

The spinjet needs re adjusting the spinjet is too low for the HP designjet and there is too much tension on the motor inside the spinjet, You will need to contact a approved Spinjet Engineer

Our hp5500 is having problems printing more than 4m of media, we rip in say 10m on Onyx Postershop without any problems, the printer prints 4m ok,then forwards 6m of unprinted media. No error messages appear, We have 5 HP5500 but only one will print 10 meters !!!! PLease help

Re: Backing up Imposed proofs with a HP design jet Hi Mac, You should look at the Spinjet by techsage, www.techsage.dk . These machines are very fast and we have had know problems with them. You should look at the Spinjet bolted on the Designjet 4000, It is faster than anything else on the market
