    I am facing exactly the same problem with 9700,Changed dampers and ran power cleanings,cleaned the ink lines...,exchanged the bulk ink system cartridges...opened up the whole so called "sealed ink system" known as ink bay and ran water through the needles which get inserted into the cartridges...

    Hi Rahul, Facing the same dilemma with Epson 9700 as yours.I am a tech for similar machines but this machine is totally packed viz ink system.There is probably no way to find why the yellow or other ink channels drop out during printing. Did you find the solution? Regards Usman
