DC700 and C75 - Service login?

I recently got a peek at our DC700's HFSI list and identified several parts that were a little over 150% beyond spec life and were causing image quality issues that weren't being properly addressed. Now I'm curious what parts are on the red on our C75 that may be causing some of our troubles, but the HSFI screen is only available when logged in as a Service Rep.

I know some users here have machines off contract and do their own service work. Does anybody have the procedure and default service rep. credentials for the C75, DC700, or other similar machines?

As far as I can tell, this doesn't violate the forum rules and I'm just trying to ensure that we're getting good service, however if this post generates heat I'll take it down and speak with our service reps.
