Fusing issues Xerox Colour C60

My Xerox Colour C60 haves trouble fusing on Invercote thinkened coated 300 grams stock (Creato, G, G linen).
I use a Heavyweight fuser (newly bought from Xerox partner) and increased the pressure on the bolts alot, this helped for 300 grams DCP uncoated stock, but it's not working for Invercote material.

I saw a post here on Printplanet about fuser latch position, so I also tried setting the NVM value for:
744-701 from 30 to 46 and also 10, without luck. I saw that 744-699 is 0 currently on my printer, but that's not for the papertype I'm struggling with right?

I also saw video's on Youtube/Ixigua about the NVM fuser temperature values, but don't know what those mean.
The range they mention was 744-148 until 744-213, I saw that 8-values were the highest "188" (this occurs at 744-173, 744-174, 744-178, 744-179, 744-206, 744-207, 744-211, 744-212).

What can I do to get proper prints that fuse?
 
I also tried using the Standard fuser, with same bad luck, the fusing is worse on the non-operator side.
With the Heavyweight fuser, the fusing was worse in the middle of the print.
Maybe the types of fuser sleeves changed during the years also, that could affect the quality.

When we bought the printer the contract supplier said in the beginning we could print on maximum 300 grams,
and that we could print on everything and jokingly said except sidewalk tiles.
During contract we received "OEM"-toner via this contract supplier, which also couldn't fuse always on Invercote stock.
The engineers were pointing out that mostly only media from the Recommended media list was possible.

Currently I use after market toner from a "leading manufacturer of OEM-compatible printer and copier supplies".
I had to change the developer black to new so that the mix is correct. I think the mix influence if certain toner works.
I didn't changed the color developers yet. I'm not sure if the mix is the full cause of the issue.
Please help me understand the specifications of toner needed for my model Xerox Colour C60.

The process of paper making can also affect, since there are certain tolerances and/or irregularites.

I have customers who for the past 10 years have printed millions of pages of cover stock with regular fusers and never had any issues
That machine is more than capable of printing 300 gsm without fusing issues
 
Standard fuser makes the print come out curled most of the time, Heavyweight fuser makes sure the print is flat. The printer can run on 300 grams paper, but like I said I have issues with OEM-toner and after market toner on Invercote stock, and actually also on MultiCard stock.

What other options are there for Sulfaatkarton stock that could be printable on the Xerox Colour C60 without issues? Or is it possible to adjust the settings on the printer, like for instance speed and temperature.
 
I dont know about your paper stock
in the US we do not have whatever that stock is
is it something special?
people run 16 point which is almost 330 gsm without issues

You can print in silk coat mode in the Fiery Command software.
