4Over quantities

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this, but for any of you using 4Over, I'm running into an issue with them where for many items (postcards & tri-fold brochures most recently) they're showing a maximum quantity of 500. The customer service person I spoke with told me that this appears to be correct, that I need to get a custom estimate for larger quantities. I'm having trouble believing this. Has anyone else had this experience?

I don't use 4Over for much anymore but I did login and didn't see any restriction to 500 pieces. That was on 100lb text 4/4 and 14pt 4/4 with uv. Their customer service has never been helpful for me.

Are you in a short run menu item? Or same day print option selected? That’s usually when you’ll see short runs only.

Select a different coating for that stock. I'm pretty sure I know the issue you are describing.
