With a "Cheap Digital Printer" Your going to run into color issues but for the money I don't think you can complain. I've used a 240 for years and I love the thing.

I would think you should be able to find a decently used xerox 240 for around that. In my opinion that would be your best bet, especially if your using heavier stocks.

Never used Trendsetter but I can say that we've been with screen for years and I have been more than satisfied.
