Kolan, both are good units and both have faults. Check on what service is like in your area, since that will be a huge factor on how satified you are. You should go and visit customers of both and see the unit in action in real life.

Short_stop4, I'm incline to agree with BJ, leasing this unit is the way to go. Also look at the DC242-260. You can always look at a longer lease, say 66 to 72 months? Lastly, it sounds like you are getting the unit from Fuji Xerox? You might want to conact Xerox Direct, Xerox Agent or dealer...

I believe you can get the $0.049 Color Click without the $100 service base it you lease the unit. Also, what RIP and other options are included in that lease price? High-Cap, Finisher?

alev... I say go for it! The 700 has not been out long, so I don't see Xerox bringining out another device that soon. You can duplex heavier stocks on the 700 than on the 250. Ad if you can, go with the Light Production Finisher. It has a nice decurler onit.
