nope, they are drastically changing some addresses and charging for slight changes on others. I can't get a straight answer from fedex. I have heard they even are temperately forwarding people that are known to be working from home but I can't get through to the right people to confirm that.

I don't think a problem on just every third sheet would be the press. I would suspect bad paper. The convertor uses multiple rolls collated and slit to made a carton of paper. Please try better and totally different stock. Bearing down on the cylinder may compensate but don't the other two...

Slits can be full length. I always understood slits to be from a wheel or two as in a folder can slit but not cut where a guillotine or booklet trimmer cut the paper by knives (or dies) and pressure. With cutting being cleaner and more accuratate.
