Don't print direct mail - print meat instead!

A few companies are currently trying to figure out how to artificially "grow" meat in a lab, the idea being, if one can mass-produce meat without having to grow it on and harvest it from an animal, it could reduce a lot of the ethical and environmental concerns around eating meat. Still working...

    On Demand Direct Mail

EFI's "MarketDirect" products will look like they can accomplish this, but I'd advise staying away from EFI if you're ever tempted - it's a dumpster fire behind the scenes. Sincerely, An EFI User

What is the percentage of order you manage via Web-to-Print?

Our shop currently receives about 25% of our total orders from our web-to-print and that is growing a few percentage points each year. Our web-to-print is built solely for business-to-business relationships - we don't have a business-to-consumer web-to-print channel yet because honestly our shop...

Before You Buy A Print MIS Read This - FREE Download

I'm not sure I trust a book published by a print MIS vendor to be entirely objective about how to best select a print MIS vendor.

Anyone ever get out of an auto-renewing maintenance agreement (after the fact)?

The most painful website for me to view

If I glanced at any of those pictures, I would never even suspect they might be fake. Maybe the eerie portion is that "This person has never existed" maybe feels like "this person existed but is gone" because how can the mind see something that looks so real and believe it never was?

Sounds like if you want to buy Xerox, you need to find people in your area who also use Xerox to see what service is like in your region. The above responses paint 2 very different pictures and I doubt either are lying.

    VDP Recommendation

Did you know SpaceX publishes the prices of their rocket launches on their website? If you want them to send something of yours to space, you can figure out what it'd cost from their website (https://www.spacex.com/about/capabilities). And yet, many software vendors hide their prices so you're...

    Pricing high on specific item....

I'd guess that online places can heavily discount stuff they can easily and automatically gang together with other online orders. Deviations from common sizes cause the price to go up because there is less work (or none at all) to gang with it. Maybe their prices will make more sense with that...
