Talk to one of the tech s the relay was replaced but it did not come with the resister and the other stuff that is soidered to it ,that is still the old stuff could that have something to do with it ,

I have seen solenoid move when press is running but not stop feeding paper it like its not coming on in full force but its get a enough power to make it go on and off but not stay on long enough to stay lock on sometimes it will jump on and off 4 or 5 times and never stop feeding paper

The swing arm solenoid was the replaced all of the tech s have check it no play and lock lever ,cam follower were replaced chain has not been replaced but every time we check timing it's withend tolerance ,not a lot of over run s most of the time is does it when it rips a sheet out of head stops...

Yes the only thing that has not been replaced is the chain for the timing it is close to its limit for tightness but timing is within tolerance every time I've checked it

We have been fighting sheets ripping sheets out on head stops for last two years Komori techs can not find anything wrong have spent thousands of dollars on parts and labor ,not doing it as much but still does it from time to time head stop lock up swing arm rips sheet thru press some time over...
