    Hi, thanks for answering. On a print run, lets say of 100, it actually stops between each print, adjusts, and then prints another. A print run of 200 takes up to an hour. But tech guy was here today, never happened while he was, then suddenly started doing the same again. Any clue?

    Hi everyone. My KM5501 is like this for 2 days, and I don't know what to do, I can only have a tech guy on wednesday and I have a lot to print. It is printing but adjust between one or 2 sheets, from every tray, even bypass. Any ideas. Regards to everyone Rui
