you may check the magenta and yellow solid density in your production and the dot gain. You may find the answer.As i concern,the things not totally related to icc change, the big problem may be in your ink or press~

Actually your press conditon is ok not need a special compensation,but you may adjust a little according the gray balance result.

I advice you do a fingerprint test first,find your print condition,if your conditon is not ok,then check your press whetherr have mechanical problem.If have then fix it.Using spectrometer find your best density for primary colors,and the density range of it.Then try to find the best trapping...

We do a web test a month ago,and the dot gain can`t maintain 18%,usually 20%-22% is normal.Actually our machine only use 1 year,totally a new press,so I doubt the standard in web part should be improved~

We are one of the vip client for KBA.And we have 3 kba rapid 105.It`s stable and great,even using 3 years the dot gain of the machine and TVI curve easily within the tolerance~
