Dear narayan, you must run the diagnostic on V24 GUI interfaz, (connector back on the CTP) you do not need to change any cable. Be sure that you have installed in you computer the the User Interface software and exist communication between CTP and PC. If you need something else please let me know.

Dear Soluzione: Do you have installed the diagnostic software? if so, run the mirror test, and the air presure too. Probably you do not get the spin of the motor if lacks of enough pressure of the air unit.

Hi everybdoy: I need your technical point of view, my customer has a Lotem 800 UV, after the CTP expose the plate the systems does not apply the brake to stop the drum , it get the stop when the motor is not moving. Some advice that can help me to solve this problem? Thanks

Dear Basit: Clean the area where the balancer takes position on the drum extrem, I mean on each side of the drum are located the balancer, and the surface where them do contact is dirty, and then they do not move. Be careful, do not clean with any solution, only with dry cloth, they are magnetics.
