    It means that your ink is drying too fast, your press man should know this if not its time for a change. Try thinning the ink a little with gel supplied from the ink supplier. Watch out for scumming/catch up after thinning. If you need a new man im there, ha ha

    Random spots on saphira violet plates

    Its obviously a press problem its to do with your fount, alcohol and water balance. Best way to tell is to put plates on and just keep running its only when you pull up the press that spots will appear unless you leave your dampers dropped on when not in production mode.
