    docucolor 260 ohcf tray 5 jam

    Hi I have a docucolor 260 with OHCF and tray 5 is part of it. The problem is that every time I try to run something through tray 5 it gives me a jam error 078-105 which is msi pre feed sensor on on check.i checked all rollers all sensors feed motor on tray 5 all ok. Any idea?
