How exactly does the process work for getting a service agreement on a used printer? Will xerox directly supply a service contract? Is it worth getting the 550 for $5,000 or should i just focus on buying a new 560 from xerox, sucking up the price, and getting the service? We are very low volume...- dbphoto84
