Not familiar with Xitron, but why are you using commas (,) instead of (.)? Also, I think you maybe reading the inverse numbers for the media (take 100 minus your results to flip the curve)

As long as you can attach the dongle/hasp, I'd assume you could load the software to get it running. If you need to move an interface card, that'd be the only area that I could see being a possible issue. I'd say try, the worst that could happen is that you fry the electrical grid and black-out...
