Re: Komori presses quality? Some of the older, smaller format machines are fragile. The integrity of print will hold. Make sure all open/broken items get repaired. Train the operators for best practices to ensure they do not damage the machine. _ mounting problems (loose pieces)_ What is loose ?

Re: Shinohara 52 horizontal banding. I was asking about the gears(if any) on the water form. You can pull those gears off and reinstall the roller and test print. Without gears you will see if your streaks are from those gears. Are the gears cut diagonal or straight. Feather the blanket packing...

Re: ink build up on coating blanket You can try a different blanket. The surface has a lot to do with it *Ground, Cast etc.* Can you get the coating to break up by lightening up the squeeze to verify the operator did accidently over pack ?

GMG What kind of consistency, Delta E ? are you guys seeing day to day ? Maintenance etc. ?

Is anyone changing concentric ring size and spacing for different stocks ? Or does all the compensation take place with the curve ?
