Yes, image is nice and crisp, but printing halftone images without proper rasterizing won't work as you expect. Chris

Printing offset plates on inkjet have lpi limitation you can achieve. You have to screen this with proper software. Also it is very slow process. I tried that on Epson printer and ColorGate software. Chris

Michael, it is just information, that there is a time to replace TC. You can ignore that and expose plates. It is consumable, factory want earn money. A lot of my customers made 30000, 40000 windings on the same set of clamps easily. There is also a repair kit, no need to replace whole clamps...

IMO there is a problem with spinner encoder PCB. You can try to repair or swap from other spinner. BOL need to be adjuster afterwards. Mike
