Yeah that doesn't look right. Are the maximum densitys changed in skilled operators or on the custom paper? Do all the output profiles look like that?

Maybe there is a screw like that holding something in the toner supply unit together but I don't recall seeing any like that in there. They mainly use hex head or pan head. It would be pretty hard for a forein object to get in there.

It's because the image density sensors are seeing low density of cyan. Could be from a lot of things. Did it just happen or was it after the machine got worked on? Does another color come out correctly? I am going to assume it's only cyan. If it's all colors that's going to be something else...

I have seen that happen but not too often. Make sure you tell supplies so they don't think you have just gotten toner and won't send more. Those are all very similar looking so I could see screwing that up but a 5200 one wow.

I see people run lots of envelopes with the flap open without issue. You just need to set up the paper right. The jig is supposed to make it so that you can run flap closed.

If it has worked before on that paper I would think there could be a issue with the machine. Try cleaning the contact image sensor in the registration. Turning off registration across feed will get it to run but may cause registration issues depending on what you are printing.

No they talked about a modification for the vacuum feed tray but nothing came of it. You may want to ask sales too. Sometimes they get told things before us.
