Many of the parts are the same in both machines but the toner is different. The 9200 toner is more matte than the 9100. They tell to put zinc sterite powder and yellow toner in the lube brush and blades to stop the blades flipping and getting the errors. It seems to work for me.

The decurler is an option and is installed inside the printer at the exit. I would expect with that configuration you would have it. You should be able to adjust it under the adjustment for operator tab. I believe you can do it while the machine is running you could on the 7100 anyway...

You can duplex 40" from the bypass tray but that only is speced for up to 216 GSM. I believe there is a tray from BDT that will do 400 GSM 40" long but for that tray you would need to do a huge amount of that size to make it worth it.

Never heard of that type for sale here are you in the usa? I only see so much per page and it could be one click for any size or one for each letter size. Some have minimums some don't. I remember talk of different rates depending on coverage years ago but nothing became of it here anyway.
