Just the standard Duplo snail cartridges. See attached. What would be fantastic! is if anyone had some old stocks of these, they would be willing to sell? As long as they were more than a year old. I never had a problem with these until the batch I purchased about 7months ago.
Any updates on this Duplo (DBM 120) staple issue?. Like abc27(simon) I basically have a useless machine until its resolved. I have to admit I haven't tried the "swing line" ones yet. Sort of hoping Duplo would sort this out. Though not likely if they won't even admit there is a problems.
Hi Slim
Private message me with your email and I'll see what I can find. I don't have a huge amount here. Just a general operating manual and some wiring diagrams. ta Simon
Hi Slim
Sorry I hate to be negative but if it's an Eletronic fault I think you will struggle to fix yourself. (unless you have a lot of skills in this area).
I have spent $1000's trying to fix my one. Yes my one is in good condition to. Here hoping it's something simple. ta Simon
Hi Slim. Sorry can't answer your issue. I have a Schneider senator 76 Eline (see my recent posts). I am almost certainly going to wreak it. I can give you a good price for circuit boards, blades etc.. or alternatively if you know a good source of parts for these? I may try to fix mine.
thanks Simon
Even Heidelberg GTO's are going for next to nothing in this part of the world. You might get 1k for an old single colour 46 if you are lucky.
In my opinion the accessories alone should be worth more than this. (numbering machines, cams etc..)
Hi there. Just a silly little problem. See attached. I had to pull both the side covers off my old DBM-120.
Obviously I have now put back. I have turned on and off. Pull power cord out. I'm guessing there is a mico sensor somewhere?
Any thoughts much appreciated. thanks Simon
According to the error fault code it is one of the circuit boards. No one seems to be able to fix this circuit board. It is a squillion $$$ for a new board. Basically, the blue reset light comes on and stays on ever time the buttons are pushed in. ta Simon
Hi TJ. Yes I have a small "ideal" here (same as the EBA). It's ok but was looking for something a bit heavier duty. They are certainly a lot cheaper than Polars, Wohlenbergs etc... as a backup it would probably be fine. I have heard the larger ones (720mm cut) are particular week in there...
Hi Magnus
Yes I know the sort. I was sort of hoping to get one that at least had working electronics to start with. Who knows I might even retire before they pack up.
thanks for your input. Simon
Hi there.
Bit of a strange one. Has anyone out there had any success downgrading their guillotine?. When I say downgrade, I mean still being able to use when the electronics pack up. I'm looking at purchasing another guillotine. It will need to be reasonably old (this is all I can afford)...
Hi there. I've scored myself one of these. (Old I know! but real cheap). I see I can run it from adobe illustrator but just wondering how far back do I have to go? (what version?). Anyone cutting from AI CC ?
It looks like I have to run it under Win7,Win8 or Win 10. Shame as I'm more of a Mac...
Did you see my post of a couple of months back-
Hi Guys. Just be aware that there is a large batch of dud staple cartridges out there (the snail ones). I don't know if they are all manufactured from the same factory.
Something to do with the glue strip on them. (to wide? wrong glue?). Not sure...
