My limited experience is that Versant parts like 2nd BTRs, IBT belts, Fuser belts, developer housings, and especially drums, don't last their expected life. Spitball 60% of expected life.

We keep a C75 alive to run NCR. Versants get premature wear on a bunch of components by NCR according to a number of techs I've talked to.
