Well Disabling "print maximum printable area" solved that. But now I'm doing the same with the same paper but 200gm version and it's jamming at the bridge to the finisher, DAMNIT

Folks I'm trying to print onto Mondo Colour Copy coated glossy 135gm via the bypass tray. Bypass does not support duplex printing so I'm doing it manually. First side prints fine, but second side is jamming as it gets exactly halfway through the fuser. Any suggestions? I'm using the paper...

thanks Bill - it actually seems fine. it's just one of those things where I'm self taught and somehow got it in my head that i wasn't supposed to use it like that. I can recall seeing various user manuals etc and youtube videos of people cutting from the centre of the machine, not the side...

When Im trying to print a compliment slip from totalflow/fiery, I've enabled 'Crop Marks' so that I can cut them down to size on our stack cutter. But once i cut off the top part of the page, i've then lost the crop marks for the top right side of the page, and so on. So how do i then ensure...

due to stock issues i've bought some Xerox tab sheets (A4 1-10, product code 499632) the tabs are spaced differently to what i usually use and i'm struggling to configure them right in CWS. has anyone got the correct dimensions to put in?

thank you! the driver is supposed to ensure that greyscale stuff is only printed using K and not CMY, on a per-page level. It's working on the driver outside of the RDS. But it seems to have stopped working on the driver used on the RDS with equitrac. Will have to place a service call indeed.

good to know, thanks for the feedback. we have a fairly basic Ideal Guillotine, but i have zero interest in manually cutting the cards on a guillotine. Will give a dedicated business card cutter a go at some point and might try to also get a die cutter at the same time for experimentation.
