I'll keep you in the loop. Won't know until drum gets to 60% if it's fixed though. We get original toner and drums through the Oki distributor in New Zealand. All included in our click charge which is handy.

Thanks for the info Damfino. My Tripp line conditioner arrived on Friday and is saying the power in high. The magenta drum was already at 60% life and adding the magenta cast to any coated sheet so I've ordered a new one which should arrive on Monday. Fingers crossed this works so we move off...

Has anyone had any luck getting the iQueue software working with anything other than an Ilumina engine? We've currently got the Fiery Command Centre installed but iQueue seems to allow a much simpler approach. Thanks.

How does that KM6500 compare to the X700? We used to have a Xerox 700 which was horrible with 300 and 350gsm Silk even only simplex. The first sheet would print beautifully however every sheet after that the colours would be out of register. I once had a job of around 200 SRA3 sheets of 300gsm...
