Well i had the entire housing and everything replaced and it solved the dog earing on 90gsm but the ncr is as bad as ever which is very frustrating. I will just keep on at the engineer because it's not even a year old and it used to be perfect so.something has changed.

We print ncr on a fujifilm EC1100 which is the 4100. It was perfect running through the airfed drawers and onto the stacker but recently we are getting dog ears and then jamming inside the finisher. Escalated to second line support to see what the score is.
