    C8 is rebranded Cron. I would stay away from that. Also stay away from Kodak and Heidelberg machines - sick expensive support. Ask yourself where is closest service engineer and spare parts warehouse. Than get machine with best support.

    Laser module need to be removed from the machine. Than you take out and clean the lens and got access to the rest of the optics.

    HC springs you just loose screws and replace them. Removing screws is not needed. Easier to do. For TC springs is machine calling for 20000 replace? You must have engineer dongle inserted to reset that counter. Otherwise machine will stop at 21000. Still need help with that? I can elaborate...

    According to that image best coarse focus is 2390. Put that value into 2540 field. Than expose another plate Initial value: 2320 Increment: 10 Count: 15 Start point: 10 Post a photo here, but try not to get light reflecting on plate for easier judgement.
