If this happens after changed new gripper pads. I suggest checking height between gripper pads and surface of impression cylinder in both sides OS and DS. If that height in OS is too much different compared to in DS, it could cause this problem. Hope this helps! Delta E

From my side, I think you can check all contacts between ink transfering rollers. Make sure that the contact is even between two sides (D.S and O.S) of rollers. If some of the inking rollers worn, I think you should try new one. My idea is based on your information I have talked above...

It might be from combination between ink and dampening solution (good with C, Y, K but not good with M). Changing ink brand or dampening solution like alibryan would be good way to firgure out. If it doesnot work, please check your rollers adjustment or swap colors M and another one. Good luck!

Could you show any photo? Solid black means waterless? Ink fading means ink density changing along to printing direction? I think you should check the ink transfer path first. Good luck!

Have you tried to use "Sheet Decular" in your machine? This function from Heidelberg helps us to make printed sheet straight after printing process, it could help you some. And maybe you also check the grain of paper (long grain or short grain), I might help you improved./.

Agreed! @smeyer1984 from my side, I think you should reduce dampening solution (can add some more alcohol if need), change better ink and blanket. You also possible make 1 or 2 of inking form rollers ocsilating a bit... Hope you feedback when your problem is over.
