KM 7100’s have known to be lemons. Just fyi. The TU510 seems like a great idea until it’s not. Do yourself a favor and get yourself an offline SCC like the Duplo 618. It is efficient in MANY ways.

Do you mind giving more info on this as a user? Do you know the Cost of the machine including accessories like feeder etc. do you have ink costs? Also, is the postmark 1170 you have come with software that is superior to its competitors or are they similar to its competitors?

Ya, unfortunately this crease happens before it even hits the roller. My KM techs are diving in to see if they can figure it out even though factory states you have to run them with the open flap.

KM only lets you run from the bottom tray, for me its "tray 3". It also lets you use tray 2 which is the middle tray IF you have the dipswitch enabled...which I do and tried from that tray also...same result. And yes, i'm suspecting the registration compensating also. It happens before it...
