Hello abc27,
Contact - Habasit.com UK, Download a PDF for the Printing and Paper Industries.
I recommend them, I used this company over many years to replace and fit belts for Printing Presses and Bindery

Hello cementary,
There are Metallic Inks available for H/set Web/ CSWO, though very poor results on Newsprint with CSWO Ink.
Just "Google" - 2.000.000 results saying YES
Regards, Alois
Hello ar17,
I think you need to know "How Printing Ink is Manufactured", before investing Money in a silly project!
Just buy in all the printing inks you require.
Regards, Alois
Hello Magnus,
I suggest that your "Press Operators" need educating on the merits of Colour Control Strips, also the very "Expensive Scanner" problems
be Rectified! does the Pressroom Manager know about this Scanner Malfunction?
Regards, Alois
Hello Magnus,
OK - You need to contact Heidelberg and get the "Correct Print Control Strip"
also read the "Prinect Image Control Manual "
Regards, Alois
Hello Magnus,
I suggest you look again - the Heidelberg Control Strip DOES contain SLUR and GAIN Defect Targets
On CP 2000
I fundamentally disagree that Print Control Strips are out of date, from my early days in Web Offset they have
saved untold amounts of spoils...
Hello robb,
The problem you have and describe is not related to the 5'o'clock/7'o'clock cylinder configurations. What you are
seeing "Cylinder Gap Shock" - WHICH is the result of incorrect Pre-load Tension.
Signs for this problem: 1) are the plate cylinder bearers clean and bright...
Gentlemen and fellowLithograpers,
With great respect for Mr. Dan. Remaley also Felix Brunner and their many articles about "Grey Balance"
I suggest you read Gordos PrintBlog article entitled "Grey Balance Unbalanced-An inconvenient truth"
Regards, Alois
kewlbigdan,
Terminology! AR = Around ? AC = A cross ?
