You need a digital "creasing" machine Check around on Ebay. Should be able to find something "good" for around $3500 - $4000 range. We run a Duplo.

I have a Riso 5500 Use it ONLY for envelope printing. Does a descent job. Print quality is ok. Speed is good. Ink is SUPER expensive. As in "around" 400 per color. So a full set CMYK runs about $1600.00 Rob
