Months between fuser "service" ??? Months??? What volume are you running. 15k a month? ANY production machine running "production" VOLUME is going to see FUSER maintenance AT LEAST every 4-6 weeks. Minimum. And $100 bucks a month is the "max" you think a machine can eat? Guess you never...

Do you seriously want to DEAL with a machine (CANON) that has TWO fuser units?? That ALONE is ENOUGH to stay away from that box. And, YES "power consumption" is a BIG DEAL I guess you get you power for "free" We don't.......

I looked at both The CANON is a POWER HOG Needs TWO 50AMP legs. 100 AMPS?!?!?! Crazy....... CANON also has TWO "fuser" units in it. Hard enough to keep 1 fuser in good shape. Good luck dealing with 2.... Had my 9200 for about 7 months now. It's a nice machine.

I do not work for RICOH. I used be a XEROX "only" house for about 12 years. Then when my last "renewal" came up Mother X lost her mind and threw me a $$ number that was from CrazyTown.... That then forced me to look "around" I learned ALOT in a REAL short period of time about what XEROX does...

How much is XEROX charging PER stick for the Gold, Silver, Clear & White? Pretty sure those are NOT included in your standard "supplies" Back on the COLORPRESS Xerox wanted $470 for 1 TUBE of clear.... Sillyness.....

Check the "power reqs" on the CANON It will make you fall over.....

You saying you DON'T do a TON of your OWN maintenance on the Indigo to keep that running? I have ALWAYS heard this: If you BUY and INDIGO you better buy TWO 1 that you can "print" on and the other that you will be "servicing" Rinse and repeat.....

Drums on our Ricoh 9200 are WAY better than what we saw on our Xerox Colorpress. Not even close.... That being said.... The drums on the ColorPress were WAY better than the drums on the Xerox 5000 we had prior Those were dogshit..... Changes those about every 15k - 20k prints Joke city.....

Here in the USA we CAN get "zero" base contracts. Meaning ZERO monthly "service base" We can also get a ZERO "minimum" monthly "click" We will ALWAYS pay a monthly "lease" cost and a PER "click" fee If ANYONE is offering a "no lease fee" machine then they are just HIDING the fees by RAISING...
