the insk are not green they contain 2-Pyrrolidone once it is in water it is 100% soluble it is very very difficult to remove it from any water. one it gets into the water table it is there period.

Engin Using the same ink why do some fountain solution mist and changing to a different fountain solution ink misting is virtuall gone. Do some fountains solution break down ink?

Engin what is the relationship between fountain solutions and the misting?

I also was going to use such a process until I found out that the materials sent back were landfilled. Not only do you waste your time and effort trying to be a good recycler but add to that the fuel used to send the material back. I would ask Xerox what they do with the stuff sent back...
