Do some tests with your foil. Some will stick no problem to UV inks others have issues.

A question for you. What is different about this run of varnish if it usually cures ok after 10hrs? Different supplier, More humidity, different press. If you have been successfully running varnish before what has changed?

Whenever we have encountered this problem we have tried the following 1. Reduce ink tacks 2. Reduce impression squeezes. 3. Used blankets with better release (you will have to trial different blankets) I'm sure others have remedies also. Good luck
