Potdevin gluer is the best and cheapest way if you ask me, Daige also makes adhesive systems similar to that. Other way include Dry Mounting or applying some kind of double sided film with a laminator but that gets expensive quick.

Can you share that file ? I have a C8000 but with the Creo RIP, maybe ill get a different result. I know it wont help, but maybe then you can call service and tell them to re load the RIP.

If you open your pdf in acrobat and go to File - Properties and go to the description tab (first one) you can tel what generated the PDF.

This looks like a RIP issue more then a machine issue. Did you do your calibration ?

I feel you, I have the same problem and no real solution in sight from KM. One thing I have noticed is that the decurler in better on one side then the other … Try and flip your job wen sending it to print (face down, normal print order)

I own a GBC titan 1264WF for about 5years, its a hot and cold laminator. It mostly works good, we had to replace some parts on it including the keypad board (shorted because of static). We also had an issue were it would not get warm enough to laminate properly, replacing the main board fixed...

I use Illustrator, with the Artboard feature, its super easy even more then the in-rip tiling. You take a PDF link it in Illustrator, make boxes with the rectangle tool on an other layer to the desired tiling, select all your boxes, go to the Object menu / Artboards, Convert to artboards...
