Using a 50 power magnifier I looked at both batches of black the 1.50 density and the 1.75 density. I would have never guessed it but the 1.50 density patch did not have any voids in the ink film. The 1.75 patch was full of voids and white spaces between the ink. Yet the 1.50 patch...

Green use a 25 to 50 power magnifier. Look at the solid patches. Which ink has the least amont of voids in the ink film.

If I have a very low dot gain, run a regular pigment load and do not push the ink running at standard densities would I see and increase in the G7 color gamut.

It is probably a closely guarded trade secret manufacturing process. There are dozens of variables to master to do this type of work. Finding another supplier will be very difficult if not impossible.

My Heidelberg rep was in yesterday. I showed him this thread his response was immediate that he had seen the poster at a shop. He couldn't tell where without permission from the shop.
