    plate scumming

    Is any one experiencing scumming or sensitivity within images during the run on Heidelberg Saphira Thermal PN or Agfa Energy Elite plates? Had this problem at another shop, and never really had a resolution to the problem, it would just come and go. Thanks, Bret

    Epson 9880 head travel

    I have a 9880 that runs the head all the way across the width of the paper even when it is only printing a small image. It is happening with 2 different RIPs, so I am thinking it is a printer setting, but I have not found the solution. Any ideas? Bret
