No No Agfa's Apogee never used own imposition editing. You can use Your favourite imposition creation tool (Preps, etc.) and if You've bought the Template Manager or what the hell option for Apogee, You can use your impositions in the workflow.

Maybe, if you have place around the line, you can draw a rectangle over the line what You'd like to delete, and give the new rectangle the color white and set it to knockout (no overprint). Voilá.
