Can you turn the plate 90 degrees and image it to see if the lines run with the imaging head or with the plate? That should give you a better idea of if the problem is in the ctp or with the plates.

Kala, Are your plates positive working or negative working? I would look into the age and strength of your chemistry and then to the CTP device and the exposure to the plate. Sometimes a simple cleaning of the optics or change of exposure is all that is required.
