you will need a "web growth compensation" type of addon for your prepress system. You can have them contact their prepress vendor to see what is available for your workflow.

Create a new PDF with all of the files (from Acrobat: Ctrl+N), use the Geometry Editor Tool -applied to all pages, save the file. You may then have to extract out as single page PDFs depending on your workflow and if all or some of the pages were edited.
