    WE HAVE A CUSTOMER USING AQUEOUS COATINGS OVER 5 COL PRINTING. wHENEVER THERE IS A SOLID PATCH OF INK ON THE PAPER, THE WATERBASED COATING IS ABSORBED AND IT CREATES A MINUTE PATTERN ON TOP OF THE INK.     Ink in coating chamber

    Recently i noticed that the ink from the printing units is coming over and accumulating in the varnish chamber. the machine is KBA rapida 105 with IR drier. What could be the possible reasons for this? WHat control should be made to avoid that. Looking forward for valuble inputs Sabarish
