    ended up with a risograph gr2750

    I have 2 (plated as Savins 3450's). They are old, but they still work. They're good for simple black and white work where quality is not an issue, speed is. Great for carbonless forms and envelopes (again, where quality is not an issue.)

    Acrobat (if you have it) can ocr a pdf file and you can export as a Word Doc.

    Obtained a Canon ImagePROGRAF 9000

    I have an epson that is much smaller then what you've purchased and we only use it for posters and banners (excellent output). My suggestion is you start out first by going to Canon's website, I'm sure they offer some good information on that equipment, since it is afterall, theirs. Best regards...

    I'm not trying to hear this (we've got a contract proposal on the 6501). Xerox has also given us a proposal (260). I really liked the pricing and the overall construction of the C6501, but I am concerned about registration (especially on duplexed)

    Best way to do sequential numbering for raffle tickets, etc.

    I use Auto Number for raffle tickets on my Xerox. I think I paid about $90 for it online a few years back. Works well for short run raffle tickets 4-up.
