    InDesign, color pallett only pastel, cannot change it

    I have a large job in InDesign CS3 file which suddenly I cannot change a swatch color, or add one! I was trying to change PMS Process Coated to Pantone Solid coated. It keeps giving me only the option to use the Pastel color pallett. Which I didn't ever use! Has anyone else had this problem...
